This Jessup set of 10 makeup brushes and a case is a great brushing option for beginners. You get everything you need for your eyes and brows and they come with a small storage case. Each brush is clearly labeled for the use it was made for, which is great because I can never remember which brush is used for what. The bristles are made of soft synthetic and do not shed. The downside to these brushes and case is that the set I received had an awful smell for several days. It comes with an insert to explain the scent, but I've never had this problem with any other brush set. All in all a good set of entry-level brushes. One star off for the strong smell.
