Edit 2: This company really cares about their product. They take the time to check their reviews and follow up a few months later (as expected as reading all the reviews should take time). In the end they responded and asked for a second chance by sending a new pair of headphones. As long as I like them, the person doesn't hear me if I speak softly, but with a normal tone, they hear me just fine. The bass is fantastic too. Edit 1: It's been 2 months and the left earbud. that does not work. Somehow got very angry. price dependent. Original: The sound in the headphones is pretty good. The base comes through and sits comfortably in my ear. I used the small size and it's perfect. I appreciate the feel of volume so I know if it dropped I would know for sure. Unfortunately. The voice call ratings are correct. I can hear the receiver perfectly, but they also say it sounds like I'm walking through a tunnel when I use my internal/office voice. However, if I had spoken louder and more expressively, they would have heard me with no problem. The building is very modern and beautiful. I love it. There are no complaints about the price.
