We now have two spiked collars - my wife puts the small one on our dog and I put this large collar on our dog. Both remind him not to bark in the car! I like the mechanism for attaching and detaching the collar on the large ring - the small one has to be pinched to detach the collar, which I find more difficult. I've seen people pull the collar over the dog's face but I was afraid the sudden movement might blind the dog! That big collar seems too big - I wish I could find one that comes off easily and is less imposing. This is a 60 lb semi-staff dog who is normally very gentle but goes mad when he sees a dog on the road while in a car!
