These speakers are more than worth their price. I bought these to replace the factory rear window mounts on my 2000 Nissan Sentra. The originals were Panasonics with a very limited frequency range. One had a broken cone. Studies have shown they fit and shipped for less than $28. Although the Pyramid doesn't have the reputation of JBL or even Kenwood, it wasn't just the price that convinced me to buy it. A 55Hz to 21kHz range, 200W max power, and 40 ounce magnets are features you should pay at least 4x more for a big brand. And since my deck only outputs 20W RMS, there's enough headroom to ensure there's no distortion up to the peak, which also means longer speaker life. End result: beautiful, clear sound.
