Unreliable when it comes to accessories and consumables

Bought two cordless phone batteries in May. Now it's October and a pack is discharged in about 5 minutes. The second pack usually seems to hold a charge. Both phones are used in the same way and will indicate a full battery before use. Update: Nov. 2019 - Both batteries do not hold a charge.
