These boots are JUST what I was looking for. I’m blessed with very large and wide ankles and calves so I expected to have to send these back when they didn’t fit (like every other mid leg boot I’ve ever ordered). But to my surprise they fit GREAT! Even with thick wool socks! I have plenty of room and they look so cute! I get compliments every time I wear them! Even my husband liked them :) They’re great for winter and I really love the durability and traction of the sole. The boot itself is put together great for the price, though I wouldn’t wear these while hiking as I’m not sure exactly how long they’d last but they work great for a jont around town, wearing to work, and short walks with my dogs. I bought the dark brown pair and they go with everything. For reference, I wear a size 9 and my upper-ankle/lower calf that the sizing guide says to measure is 13.5 inches. Will be buying more in other colors!
