Poor microphone quality in phones and accessories
Very disappointed . I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the Jabra speaker/mic I have at work to use with Zoom at home. The microphone in this device is very bad. Basically, you have to be close to him so that he can hear your voice. I ran some tests and the tiny microphone built into my laptop worked better than this external box. A complete waste of money. Returned. If you're looking for a good external speaker/mic, get the Jabra 510 or 710. They're fantastic.
