Review on Streamline Your Setup with Viozon's Quick Release VESA for OL Series: New Version by John Reese

CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS RATING: I am revising my rating from 1 star to 5 stars due to the EXCELLENT customer service I received from Viozon. I bought this piece hoping it would match a product I bought last year. It didn't fit. I contacted the seller and they made every effort to track the listed part from stock and get it to me. So if you're buying this, just be aware that the Quick Release tab has recently changed, so it may not match your existing product. But I'm so impressed with their customer service at a time when it sometimes feels like it doesn't exist. Previous Review: I bought a Viozon dual arm system (one for monitor and one for laptop) in 2019 and it worked great. I just got a new monitor and wanted to replace it with my laptop. I thought this part would do it, but the "quick release" part is nothing like the original. I really want to keep using my original system instead of buying a whole new one, but this part doesn't seem to be working.
