Though Imeetu may feature a large selection of apparel, accessories, and jewelry, don't be fooled by that. I was horrified by their items' subpar quality and lack of attention to detail as a DIY pro. The outfit was poorly constructed, with crooked seams and loose threads. The sneakers had fragile soles and unpleasant seams that began to show indications of wear after only a few wears. Cheaply constructed, the chains and clasps on the jewelry were thin and breakable. And to make matters worse, Imeetu's measurements are wildly erratic. When you order something and discover that it doesn't fit well, you then have to deal with the trouble of returning it. Additionally, the customer service is awful. When I contacted them with my issues, I was met with an unhelpful and condescending response that made it clear they didn't care about my displeasure. Imeetu is an unsatisfactory internet store that fails to live up to its claims of quality and customer support. Shop elsewhere to avoid the frustration.
