Review on Newbee Fashion Reading Glasses Portable by Rob Johnson

The product return process is very poor when needed for something in this price range. First you have to explain what went wrong (that's fine), then you have to provide them with a picture of the item and the defect if any, and if they approve the return you have to ship it directly to their address and pay for it ! After wasting so much time I decided to keep them and not waste my time and more money (I think they just make it harder to do exactly that. I will definitely be ordering more from this company.
