
So out of curiosity I counted 504 markers, 11 different colors. They close a bit tight and each one has a little ridge on the head. Does the burr catch the yarn? I don't know, but it only takes a few passes with a nail file to smooth it out (something to do while watching TV lol). I bought some Clover brand stitch markers a while ago and they are much better, but I needed a bundle for an Afghan project and Clover markers are expensive. These markers end up getting the job done for a lot less money.
