This has a nice sherpa lining all in it. that extends to the outside for the trim.The main downside is that the pockets flop around a bit inside the jacket. They are nice and deep, and they are tacked down with a strip of fabric, but they aren't really attached so they move some.The size is about right. It's a bit roomier in the shoulders and chest than stomach, so a size up might be needed if you have a larger gut.It's very soft, and flexible. You can wad it up and it bounces back and looks fine. It is all fairly airy and breathable - though there is a lot of 'faux' suede and trim on this, but not enough to make it hold sweat/steam from body heat.There were a few small areas on mine where the craftsmanship was not superb, but overall it was a very good job - and I do look at things in great detail. For instance, the zipper is top sewn on the inside, and there's a few places on the sleeves that the machine stopped and was restarted on a bit different seam line, but it's all something only noticeable to close visible inspection. In normal wear, there was no glaring defects on the garment.
