I bought mine 3 days ago for $20 on sale. The sale ended and yesterday I bought another one for $25. As long as it's fully charged, it has good suction, is bagless and comes with a washable filter. It's no frills, it's perfect. You don't need any frills for a $20-$25 handheld vacuum. Larger chunks of crumbs can get stuck in the nozzle valve, on the rare occasion this happens I just push the valve with my finger. For the money I wouldn't risk another vacuum cleaner. this is my voice
