I like it except when the power goes out.

Great product for the most part. I would give it five stars but it loses all settings during a power outage, forcing me to change settings and lock the modem every time the power goes out. This is an inconvenience. Otherwise it does what it's supposed to and I don't have to pay a monthly modem rental.
