The grey-black precipitate continues to separate from the pan. Disgusting
The pan looks good but after repeated use of Bar Keeper's Friend and strong detergent the black/grey coating is still peeling off the pan. This should *not* happen with 18/10 stainless steel! I want to contact customer service, but there doesn't seem to be an explicit customer service representative there. I doubt it's really 18/10 stainless steel. I've washed the pan many times (didn't use the dishwasher and even boiled soapy water) and my paper towel keeps turning gray. It's not safe. Why are all reviews 5 stars? Is my product defective or does anyone mind that their cookware is sucking out a large amount of metals and toxins?
