Review on Orion Telescopes & Binoculars by Craig Galante

I recently bought a telescope from the online shop of Orion Telescopes & Binoculars, and I couldn't be more dissatisfied. The customer support is terrible, and the website is deceptive. Despite their assertions that they offer educational tools and support, I found the information to be superficial and useless. I requested help from customer service, but was met with impolite and unprofessional answers. And to top it all off, the equipment I got was subpar and did not function as promised. When I attempted to return the item, I was met with more unkind treatment, and my refund was not given. I highly advise against buying anything from the online store operated by Orion Telescopes & Binoculars. It is a total con!
