My ultimate goal is to make pizza dough, so the mixer is essential. If you have a mini model like this, just keep an eye on the ingredient count, as most dough recipes made for a stand mixer require about twice the ingredients as a mini mixer. Oh, it's strong enough, it just doesn't take up as much bowl space as the classic model. But once I make adjustments, it's really great.
