The best part of this tool was its ability to monitor our competitors as well, which helped us keep track with their activities across different channels like social media marketing etc., This has been an extremely useful product for me because it helps my organization stay ahead from other organizations within same niche or industry sector; It also provides insights about competitor's products so we can plan accordingly before launching any new campaigns/products at market level.- Nothing much I have found negative point but still there are some minor issues regarding UI & navigation sometimes- Overall good experience usingInngua platform! We used Innuguas services mainly due too provide insight into competition landscape (their strengths / weaknesses) - To help understand how they operate compared against ourselves when planning future initiatives e..g Social Media Marketing Campaigns.
