The sound is similar to the OEM, only the timbre is lower.
The sound is similar to the OEM, only at idle the sound is lower. Installed on a 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I bought this model as I didn't want a noisy muffler due to our newborn and wanted to replace the factory filled hole muffler that was on it. Definitely install it yourself and see how everything fits perfectly with a few extras.
