Annoying electric shocks!

The air purifier itself looks great and powerful, but the metal cord around the neck causes some electrical shocks that are uncomfortable if not painful. Brushes that emit ions/ozone also emit vibrations that can be felt like pricks on the skin. The manual says they are harmless, but you must endure any inconvenience! I ended up returning mine even though I like its looks and performance.
