As per my experience working with this software it is totally user-friendly which makes use of easy steps in order to complete any task without much difficulty. It has helped me to manage tasks effectively since I can easily store all information about each customer under one roof. The best thing that i like most is its compatibility with other leading ERP softwares such as SAP. No issues were experienced by using this product during our daily activities. My only dislike would be there are some minor bugs while navigating through menus or creating new records. This ERM tool helps us to track customers' data very efficiently. We've been able to save time since we don't need to run from department to department while adding details into respective fields.
