I really like this toothpaste. It's nice and gentle and doesn't irritate my sensitive teeth or gums. It tastes good, unlike almost every other toothpaste I know. I'm actually not afraid of trying toothpaste and I look forward to brushing my teeth. I can't say it whitens any more or less than any other whitening toothpaste - if you want significant and fast whitening results, toothpaste isn't the way to go - but I will say that in terms of preventing/reducing new stains and in general . brighter, cleaner teeth, that's a very good thing (and I'm a big tea drinker), TOO, and more importantly, there's no discomfort, not to mention pain or irritation whatsoever.
