I bought these a few months ago for a daily deal or something thinking my daughter might like them when she cooks pulled pork. These little things were one of her favorite Christmas gifts of the year. She "squealed" with delight as they fell out of her stockings :) The next day, "Santa" was rewarded with a large platter of the best pulled pork I have ever eaten. Can't say how much it helped improve the quality of the food but. She said that removing the burned fingers was a real pleasure and saved a lot of time.
