Review on Big Picture by Josh Garber

I love how easy it is for customers to track events, create custom reports, and create custom dashboards. The customer service team is great! They are always quick to respond, friendly, and knowledgable about our product. It would be nice if we had some more reporting options to customize what we want to see in our dashboard. This is a good option for any client looking to add a customizable analytics tool to their site. We use this product for all of our clients who have websites with Big Picture installed. It makes creating custom reports much easier than any other software out there.
