Very well built. Can easily lift the specified weight. It's slow, but still MUCH faster than doing it manually. It is a little slower to decrease the gear ratio and increase the strength of this jack. The manual start mode saved us some time when we first picked up our (used) trailer and couldn't immediately diagnose power issues. The only thing I didn't like was the fuse holder and the mounting method. I'd rather have a fuse holder that holds the cable securely. Also, due to the fact that the fuse was very close to the socket, there were problems with it constantly being pulled out. Still 5 stars overall, but an extra long loop or upgraded fuse holder (or type of fuse) is a must for such an expensive jack.
