Review on 🔧 Whiteside Straight Router Bits 1094 by Harley Franchetti

The bat arrived in a resealable plastic container similar to a ziplock bag. It was clearly open as the tear-off top was gone. The drill itself still had a protective coating on it, but you could easily see that a chip flute was chipped and was also far from straight. Most disturbingly, the defenses were still intact. The damage must have been caused by the manufacturer and not by the previous buyer. This is disappointing because I thought I had found a reliable source for router bits and no longer had to trek through the minefield of bits available online. The other Whiteside bits I've bought have been better than the CMT and Feud in my opinion. Both products are great, but all you have to do is hold a racquet in one hand and the same Whiteside racquet in the other to see that Whiteside racquets are the clear winners. On the bright side; I logged on to Revain and requested a replacement and was notified almost immediately that a new bit had been shipped. I actually received a replacement before I sent the defective one back! It's as beautiful as I expected. I suppose the lesson here is that everyone makes mistakes, but acknowledging them and correcting mistakes are signs of decency. I will continue to use whiteside beats with a little more vigilance.
