I like that you can set up your own autoresponders, send out multiple emails at once, and include custom fields which are great for segmenting your list. I also love that you can use it as an API tool! The interface could use some work. It's not very intuitive. Also, the help documentation isn't always clear. If you're looking to create automated emails that keep your subscribers engaged and interested, this is a good choice. I've been using Aweber for about 2 years now and have had no issues. We've been able to automate our email campaigns and keep people engaged by creating content that is relevant to what they want to read.
