Pros: Best charcoal I've ever used, no sensitivity for me. No taste, which oddly was my biggest problem. I felt a little fancy when I first opened it and I love feeling fancy. There is a good presentation - you use one or the other in the set. It's all there. The biggest plus is that it really works and people comment on my whiter teeth and I don't tell them I'm doing teeth whitening which makes me feel like the money is well spent. Cons: The toothbrush is nice and of good quality, but you have to clean it after each use to save it. This is probably to be expected as it is a natural product. The powder is very fine so I wouldn't wear the clothes I go out in just in case.
