I have been working with them for almost 4 years now. Their customer service is outstanding! They work hard to keep their clients informed of any changes or updates in their plan. It would be great if they could add more features like backup storage space as we currently do not have enough disk space to store our VMs. If you are looking for someone who listens and takes time to understand your needs then this is definitely the team for you. Customer Support - We needed help getting all our VMware virtual machines (Vmware Hypervisor) online after an outage with one of our main providers. ReliAm was able to get everything back up within 2 hours at no cost to us.
