Disappointed with this product. It appears to have been used/refurbished as there was a sticker on the box that said something about Revain's "second life". The number pad does not respond well to touch. Makes it difficult to set functions or turn the device on and off. I thought I had it in "sleep" mode, but the LED "woke up" in the middle of the night and flashed, lighting up the bedroom and waking me up. The supposed setting I thought I had set doesn't seem to be working. Composite percentage for humidity, fog height, timer, etc. The fog produced by this machine is medium. I poured hot water in to create a warm mist, but the mist came out cold. All in all, it's just a regular humidifier with an overly complicated number pad that's not really needed. The only way I will use it in the future is to plug and unplug it to get mist and wrap it in a towel so the LED doesn't light up and wake me up at night. I'll try that and see how it goes. But most likely they will return it and just buy a plain, basic humidifier without a digital control panel.
