I am a size 16-18 and purchased the XL and they fit like a glove.Im in FL and if you have ever been here in August you know that with the temps in the upper 90's and the humidity in the upper 70's it hot as heck! These shorts are awesome and don't hold the sweat. The legs don't roll up and the upper stays put, even after hours of walking. Makes them perfect for under a light simmer dress!
