This product will not work with the iPad Air 2. Based on my research, this product requires an Apple Camera Adapter to function. I returned it. I hope this works for you. Make sure you research what it takes to get the necessary accessories to make this work. My iPad stopped connecting to WiFi and I was hoping that would work. Unfortunately it didn't work.
