I didn't like this toaster at all. I am gluten free and really loved the gluten free button, it hasn't changed on my bread, in fact the gluten free bread is much smaller than regular bread and it always got stuck in the toaster when it was let loose of the bread to slide out. I bought this on July 18, 2020, it worked fine for two weeks after toasting a bagel for the first time and never toasting bread on either side again. Earlier this week it started popping and buzzing when we weren't even using it, so we turned it off. When we wanted to make toast we plugged it in and it blew a fuse in the kitchen so it was in the bin on 12/8/2020. I do not endorse this toaster.
