These are good pads for sparring and pocket work. One size fits all but the tag says L. I wish they were a little smaller but that's because I'm quite short (5ft 4in). The pads aren't preformed, so I put rubber bands on them to make them fold. around the lower leg and instep. There is also a large distance between the shin guards and the instep. Leaves part of the foot open for direct contact. Maybe I'll sew this part together. All in all a good buy. me and i wonder if they will fit, they will. It may seem a little loose, but they stay in place. I didn't have to adjust them at all during sparring.
