Excellent price. I didn't have a real Dyson version so unfortunately I can't compare but for the price it's an amazing part. Much better on our hardwood floors than a regular brush. It seems that collecting dust and small objects is much easier. Light is surprisingly useful. The only downside is that I can't use it on carpet at all. Basically I think it creates too much friction (soft brush + soft carpet) and really starts to struggle. Obviously, switching heads isn't that difficult if you're moving into a carpeted or carpeted room.
