I have to say that my impressions of this set are a bit mixed, but after trying a dozen blenders this year, including some very expensive ones that only make smoothies, the candle falls short of what it does does ninja. In fact, I don't think there was much of a difference in what they produced if you have a machine with enough power, but Ninja proved me wrong. The smoothies I've made with this machine are so much better than any that I have to rate it a five star product. My mixed feelings are that it's quite large and takes up a lot of storage space, which would be nice *IF* I could replace other things with it, and I'm not even 100% sure I can replace my blender (but, quite possibly I can do it). but I need to talk to the ninja guys because I don't want to mess it up by using it wrong. I don't want to be mysterious here. After trying several powerful grinders, the one I use most often is for grinding grain. A lot of these can't be used without liquid so I need to know before I risk ruining it because as a blender for things with liquids this is one of the very best and absolute best in this price range. The large jug, which uses an extraction blade, also has limited utility beyond smoothies and purees. It even turns frozen fruit into the smoothest puree you've ever seen in seconds, just the size of a personal blender. I actually used a very basic recipe that was in a recipe book for another blender that actually choked on one of their demo recipes (and this is also a very popular and expensive blender, costs twice as much as this one), but Ninja did that is much better. The problem I have is that while it can chop and puree (fruits and veggies) it can't cut, dice, etc. It won't replace my Cuisinart food processor (which actually bothered me since I paid for it ). Sound). In truth, I use Cuisinart for coleslaw as well as everything else, but I can't do it in Ninja. I'm sure I could use it for cranberry sauce but not for slicing potato chips or even grating cheese. so stays Cuisinart. Ninja Kitchen's center also has a dough blade, but I figured there are other things I use my mixer for that it's not good for, like whipped cream or meringues. Tried the dough blade today, just made a preference and am actually not very impressed with the dough blade or its ability to make dough. First, the vessel using the dough blade is too small to make enough dough. I had to deviate from my favorite recipe because I couldn't even mix the right amount of sponge (that's less than half the batter). It just wouldn't fit. So I made this with 1 cup sourdough and 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup water just to test, and even with that small amount it didn't mix completely, even when I added a little more flour to get a better one Consistency, which meant running the dough program once in a second. There was still flour at the bottom and it was a fluffy, wet dough. He never rolled. I had to cut the sides. It ended up being more work than doing it by hand and my blender was able to do it very quickly. (I don't know which takes longer to erase though). It also ran at a very high speed (much higher than what I use in my stand mixer) and got the consistency of hummus. However, the stand mixer is also retained. The kitchen center uses different blades in different jars, each with the programs it is designed to run. There are 3 programs: Smoothies, Freeze and Dough. It can also be used without programs by pressing the start or impulse button, and programs can be stopped by pressing the active indicator if you like the sequence at that point. What I don't like about how it works is that you can't control the speed like I can with my blender and most other powerful blenders. However, it does a great job of blending/blending, mashing, milling and maybe I can use it for grain. The extraction blade looks like it could crush a brick and turns frozen ingredients into a smooth puree in seconds. (Smoothies I made in the program took 14 seconds). However, it performs the basic functions of a blender better than almost anything I've used, and at a significantly lower price point than other blenders of the same power. It has a 1200w motor which is one of the most powerful and they make good use of it. Although I wish there was a blade holder. Their blades are sharper than most and unlike most powerful blenders, they are removable. However, when removed, the number of blades and angles make them more dangerous than most. However, the ninjas have many safety features and there is something like a handle so they can be easily removed from the jug. The only safe way to store them is in a jar with a dough blade (which isn't actually a blade). It works better than anything I've tried (and no, I haven't tried the legendary restaurant blender that costs like a small car ;) All in all, it'll work better for some people than others, depending on your needs. It is versatile, but does not replace a stand mixer, food processor, mixer attachments or mandolin. It takes up a lot of counter or cabinet space without replacing other machines. What it does, it does very well, and it can do more than most blenders. Pros: Very powerful. Lots of security features. Very reasonable price for such a powerful (1200w) and capable machine. The blades can be easily replaced if damaged or worn. The replacement prices are very cheap. Excellent build quality and materials. Backlit digital display and 3 programs for no guesswork, plus the ability to start and stop manually (or with a pulse). Cons: Not a substitute for a stand mixer or food processor (cannot beat or chop). Takes up a lot of counter and/or cabinet space (see first point. If he could replace one or both that would be less of a problem)). I wish it had speed control, ideally with a dial. No self-cleaning function (but washable in the dishwasher on the top shelf). Engine). It can actually do things like that, but they weren't specifically mentioned, so I'll call to ask and then update my review if I find out. I believe this is a 5 star product. It makes smoothies better and smoother than any other blender I've tried, and it does it in seconds. It blows my very expensive Cuisinart out of the water and costs less than half the price. I try to write honest, unbiased reviews and don't give everyone five stars. I gave the Ninja Kitchen Center a 5 star rating because I believe that not only is it the best in its price range, it is also the safest and most efficient. There might be some things it doesn't do as well as other devices, but neither can other mixers. Most don't even try. When I took it out of the box I told my husband the only thing missing was the robotic lawnmower which was charged from the motor base. With that much power he could easily take care of my lawn ;)
