The level of service provided by ISM is excellent, they are always helping when we need them most! They have great customer support that never fails you at any time during your relationship with their product/service - which can be very long-term if needed (we've been working together for years now!). There's nothing I dislike about this software or what it does in general; however there were times where our account was downgraded from premium hosting services because other clients had an issue using one particular feature within ISPMediaCDN platform like caching images & video files etc.. This happens sometimes but not often enough as far as i'm concerned. We're solving all kinds problems related to website management especially regarding performance issues caused due low volume traffic over web servers hosted out side India e.g.: poor response / slow loading speed causing loss revenue via google penalty warnings sent directly back into client accounts.
