Works as it should.
I bought this to connect the PS2 RCA inputs to my CRT TV which only has a Type F coax connection. It was just a process of connecting the AV cable to the modulator, switching the modulator to the TV and to channel 3 (or 4 if you prefer). Image quality is as expected. I didn't check the audio as I have a separate audio system for that.
