So it doesn't seem to be hydrating enough.
This lotion is very light and non-greasy, but not at all suitable for my baby's dry skin. I reapply it throughout the day and my baby's skin is dry and flaky again within minutes to an hour. So it seems that it is not providing enough moisture.
