For about eight months this unit appeared to charge normally, but suddenly, like other reviewers, it started making a high-pitched buzzing noise. I'm very afraid it will get worse and end up burning my hardware, especially if it's a sign of the charger failing. I have other chargers that work with no problems. While it looks like it comes with a 12 month warranty, I have no idea who to contact to take a look. specific question. I told them and they sent a replacement within 24 hours. I was very impressed with their response time and glad I got a replacement so quickly. Let's hope the new charger is silent. If anything changes I'll update, but so far I'm very happy with their resolution.
