Review on 🔌 CableDeconn 4-in-1 HDMI to HDMI DVI VGA Adapter Cable with 4K Support and Audio Output (Black) by Scott Rodriguez

Can't believe they sell this as an HDMI to DVI converter. Instead, get a cable that does the same thing and doesn't require power (to be honest, so does this device). I thought I might stumble upon a faulty unit, but no, it says it in black and white in the manual (see image), not in the product description on Revain. For VGA, you can use the audio output. For DVI it is impossible. To my amazement, I verified this by plugging the dongle into my laptop - indeed, it showed HDMI as an available output device. Once I plugged in the DVI cable at the other end, that option was gone and I was left with the laptop's speakers as my only audio output. Who designed this piece of shit? Who would have thought that this would be a coveted product? He comes back.
