I am very happy with it. I was dying to change the filters but wasn't sure what size I needed so I turned to Shark. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes and then the call was dropped. I waited another 20 minutes before they told me I had to give them billing information to get less, pay more and pay for shipping. I hung up and ordered them and they arrived the next day. My vacuum cleaner has proven much better!
