My cats love it. My only complaint is that velcro doesn't cost much, it hardly sticks. It's enough to hold on to, but only the edge of the Velcro sticks out. With better velcro I would give 5 stars. Update: velcro is fully functional in the store, now I keep finding one like this on the floor, when cats scratch it the velcro breaks. They also scratched the sisal in a year so it's not as thick as I was hoping. All in all if they would still buy again if they could fix the velcro for one that actually works I wish they would use a real name brand velcro instead of some cheap thing that doesn't stick very well.
