The feature we learned to use the most when purchasing Airtame was: reboot. In the week that we had Airtame tested on a gigabit network with optimal settings for Airtame, we encountered the following: - iOS mirroring - crash and reboot - AirPlaying YouTube/Vimeo - crash and reboot - mirroring from any device with Sound - crash and restart - airtame remained online unused for three days - reset and restart - lock phone and remember to disconnect from airtame - crash and restart The airtame idea is great and nobody is doing or has done what he has done. They have to give credit for their incredibly well done marketing, branding and customer service. Unfortunately, when it comes to delivering a device that does everything they promise, it falls short. Without a full understanding of what you can and cannot do by reading their help articles, you won't know how to interact with the device. Errors and hints aren't built into Airtame, it just crashes if you do something it's not coded to do and you have to reload it. Meanwhile, read help articles to find out what you did that caused the crash. We couldn't justify keeping our Airtame at such a high price with the amount of issues we encountered. In a network where many guests need to use the device, Airtame is not suitable. We will follow the development of this company to see if the product becomes more stable.
