I purchased this mouse at my workplace, and at home I have a Redragon cobra that is in a comparable price range. I am able to compare the two mice as follows: The sensor has not been altered. I like. There is a fabric braid on the wire in the more expensive RedRagon version; the side panels have a rubberized coating; and the side buttons have a variety of distinct textures. The buttons on the Asus click with a more audible sound. The Asus wheel also has a more audible scrolling effect. There are more buttons on Reddragon. There is a button that allows you to switch profiles. Asus is a lot more portable. It's not better or worse; it just depends on your personal preference. The mouse wheel on Asus computers includes a button that is very tight. Very vexing in certain aspects. The build quality of Asus products is superior. There is no reaction; everything is experienced as being monolithic. A little ground is being lost by Redragon in this respect. In a nutshell, a typical low-cost mouse, but a redragon that costs about the same sounds like a better option to me: Due to the fact that the software frequently has errors and freezes, I must deduct one point.
