I've had a very expensive Plantronics BT headset for phone calls in the past and now wanted to upgrade without thinking so much about my constant zoom/command calls. This headset works well, connects to my laptop with no problems and the sound quality is good enough for me to stand up during a conference. I've tried switching from my laptop mic to my headset mic and it really makes a difference in quality as my laptop is better (I have a MacBook PRO). It's very convenient though and I don't have to be near my laptop during the conference to hear and speak to others clearly without being tied to my laptop - it's a lot of freedom. It's not as good as Plantronics, but for 1/3 the cost and for the limited use I need it for, it's good enough.
