This is the second time I have ordered these poop bags. The first time was about a year ago. When I received them this time, I noticed that the thickness of the plastic used had decreased. Having said that, these are still good bags at a good price. Packages come in the form of small rolls sealed with tape. The rolls are the perfect size to pop in your car, bag, or in the dispenser that comes with it. The dispenser feels nice and makes it easy to dispense bags one at a time. When you are not using the dispenser, they can be torn off very easily along the perforation. The pouches are easy to open and you can tell which end is which as the stitching is visible on the bottom.
