Despite what others have said I ordered these because I like the color options and they fit me PERFECTLY If you turn the washer "down" the tool works fine Try it just try this out on a training pattern and if it doesn't work, flip the washing machine and try again, also making sure your item isn't too bulky for that sleeve size.
