So let me just say I love a shower head and it's hard to find one that still delivers that much water pressure in such a wide spray. However, the attachment of the handle to the fitting does not snap into place, but is simply pressed in. Then the head presses so hard that it is thrown out of the holder. Almost every day he would fall, hit us on the head and/or splash all over the bathroom. However, we never use the handle separately from the mount. I only buy this style because I'm 6ft and it adds about 6 inches to the height of the shower head so I can wash my head without bending over. So. I glued the handle to the mount and now that's all I wanted. You just have to know that it won't snap into place on its own.
