Great set! Easy assembly in 10 minutes, all parts were present and quickly ready for use. It's hard enough for my 7 year old to beat. We used water in the base and had no issues with it falling. If necessary, you can add sand. This was bought as a gift for our 7 year old son who thanks to The Avengers enjoys pretending to fight anything in the living room. We hope to give the pillows and the sofa a break. He was excited to get his own "boxing gloves" but alternates between them and the Hulk's fists. I don't recommend hitting without gloves first. If they accidentally hit deep, the bottom of the bag is metallic and not very comfortable on the knuckles.
